Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Weyauwega, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
We carry compatible repair materials for multiple membrane brands, since mismatched patch material is a common cause of repeat flat roof failures.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Insurance documentation available before work begins on any Weyauwega commercial property.
We coordinate timing to reduce impact on tenants or foot traffic wherever possible.
Membrane type and repair scope are itemized separately in every Flat Roof Repair estimate.
Hot-air welders and seam probes come standard for TPO and EPDM Flat Roof Repair work.
Most Weyauwega flat roof issues combine two or three of these elements, which is why a full inspection matters.
TPO seam separation gets properly heat-welded, not just caulked over as a temporary fix.
We identify the membrane type first, since EPDM and TPO repairs use different adhesive systems.
Standing water that doesn't drain within 48 hours accelerates membrane breakdown and needs a drainage fix, not just a patch.
Modified bitumen blisters and seam issues are repaired using proper torch-down or cold-adhesive technique depending on the situation.
We clear and repair drains and scuppers as part of a full Flat Roof Repair visit.
Rooftop HVAC units and their curbs are a frequent source of Weyauwega commercial roof leaks that general roofers often overlook.
We start by discussing the issue — ponding, active leak, or visible membrane damage.
On-site assessment identifies the membrane type and the actual cause of the issue.
Drainage and ponding issues are assessed alongside any visible membrane damage.
Repaired seams are tested for a proper bond before we leave the site.
They tested the seam repair with water before considering the job done.
